lisp/eshell/esh-mode.el (find-tag-interactive): Small cleanup.

* eshell/esh-mode.el (find-tag-interactive): Declare function.
  (eshell-find-tag): Remove `with-no-warnings', unneeded now.
  Pass argument NO-DEFAULT to `find-tag-interactive'.
